Delete Your Syp Account

Syp Technologies (“Syp”) allows all users to request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Syp account, please email us at:
info@joinsyp.com

Include the subject line: “Syp Account Deletion Request”

Please email us from the same address associated with your Syp account so we can verify your identity.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once we process your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account information (email, authentication record)
• Your profile data
• Your activity data (ratings, reviews, favorites)
• Any personal identifiers connected to your account

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain:

• Aggregated, anonymized review data that is no longer tied to your identity
• Logs required for fraud prevention and security for a limited period
• Data required to comply with legal obligations

No retained data will be personally identifiable.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically completed within few days but process may differs.
